📒 Browsing Guides
Guides are organized by discipline category. Use the tabs at the top to filter by category, or scroll through all guides. Each guide row shows the guide name with buttons to view the PDF or browse its titles.
📚 Browse Titles
Tap "Browse Titles" on any guide to expand it and see all titles organized by subject area. All subject sections are expanded by default — tap a subject header to collapse it. Titles only appear after catalog data has been loaded by your admin.
🔍 Search
The search bar filters everything simultaneously as you type — guide names, title names, authors, ISBNs, and subject areas. Searching by subject area is especially useful since it maps closely to course names (e.g. searching "Criminal Justice" or "Calculus").
📄 Title Cards
Each title card shows the cover, title, authors, copyright year, ISBN, stock status, and availability. Tap the star to save a title to Favorites. Tap anywhere else on the card to open the full detail modal.
📋 Title Detail Modal
The modal shows a description (tap "Show more" to expand), and an Available ISBNs section listing all digital platform offerings, the ePub ISBN for inclusive/equitable access programs, and the print ISBN. Tap any ISBN row to copy the full product name and ISBN to your clipboard — ready to paste into an email or text.
The first time you open a title the modal may take a moment to load platform details. Subsequent opens are instant from cache.
📚 ePub & Inclusive Access
The "eBook - Inclusive/Equitable Access" entry in the Available ISBNs section is specifically for inclusive access and equitable access programs at bookstores. This is different from the company eTextbook — it's the ISBN your bookstore contact needs for IA/EA program setup.
⭐ Favorites
Tap the star on any title card to save it to Favorites. Your favorites are tied to your account and sync across all your devices — build your list on desktop before a call and access it on your phone in the field. Use the Favorites tab to review saved titles. The "Clear All" button removes all favorites at once.
🏥 Stock Status
Every title card shows a stock status badge. Here's what each code means:
| Code | Meaning |
| AC | Active | Currently available and actively sold |
| NP | Not Yet Published | Scheduled for release, not yet available |
| MO | Made to Order | Available but printed on demand — allow extra shipping time |
| RO | Run Out | Stock is depleted, no new inventory expected |
| OR | Out of Print, Returns Accepted | No longer in print, but existing copies can be returned |
| OP | Out of Print, No Returns | No longer in print, returns not accepted |
| OS | Old Edition Saleable | A newer edition exists but this edition can still be sold |
| OE | Old Edition | Superseded by a newer edition |
| RS | Reverted but Saleable | Rights have reverted but existing stock is still available |
✉ Building Follow-Up Emails
Check the box on any guide row, title card, or ISBN row in the detail modal to add it to your email script. A floating button appears at the bottom of the screen showing exactly what's selected (e.g. "1 guide · 2 titles · 4 ISBNs"). Tap it to open the email builder with your selections pre-filled. Use the ✕ Clear button next to the email button to deselect everything at once.
🆕 Availability Badges
